Codes of Conduct
We believe that all athletes at the club should be treated equally and fairly and should know what is expected of them and what to expect from the club, coaches and everyone associated with the Club.
To support and promote these aims the Club has adopted a number of codes of conduct which will apply across all club activities – these all follow guidance from UKA/SA.
Mental Health
Dundee Hawkhill Harriers fully supports the Scottish Athletics Mental Health approach and aims to foster an environment where people feel able to discuss issues in confidence and are aware of where they can go to get help, both within and outside the sport.
Anti–Bullying Policy
We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of our members, so they can participate in a relaxed and secure atmosphere. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable at our club. Any acts of bullying should be reported to the club welfare officer or any committee member.
