U13 age group and upwards – scores are obtained using the Scotstats scoring tables (https://www.scotstats.net/rankings-1/performance-tables/)

The Championships (both outdoor and indoor) will be decided on the best performance in EITHER x2 Track and x1 Field OR x1 Track and x2 Field events.

U11 age group – scores are obtained using the Thistle Awards Scoring Tables

The Championships (both outdoor and indoor) will be decided primarily on the best performance in x2 events (x1 Track and x1 Field), however, should an athlete complete x3 events (EITHER x2 Track and x1 Field OR x1 Track and x2 Field), then this will supersede.
